摘　　要：国有企业改革作为我国经济改革的核心,先后经历了不同的改革方案与治理模式,学术界亦不断提出各自的药方。本文力图回顾大讨论、反思已有改革、提出新的分类治理。reform of state-owned enterprises as the core of China＇s economic reform, has gone through the various reform proposals and governance model, the academia also been put forward their prescription. This paper tries to review the great debate, and reflect on the existing reform, proposed new classification governance.
