摘　　要：目的总结立体定向置入Ommaya囊辅助伽玛刀治疗颅内囊性肿瘤的手术并发症,并探讨其防治措施。方法分析我院2007年6月至2012年6月间164例立体定向置入Ommaya囊手术治疗情况及常见并发症,并制定合理的防治措施。结果 164例患者术后出现出血3例、感染1例、引流管堵塞8例、移位3例、气颅1例、置管失败3例、癫痫2例。结论立体定向置入Ommaya囊治疗颅内囊性肿瘤存在一定并发症,术中应规范操作,针对各种可能因素,采取相应预防、监测、积极治疗措施。Objective To summarize the plantation of Ommaya reservoir in treatment measures of prevention and control. Methods our institution between 2007 and 2012. Results operation related complications ol stereotacnc ~m- of intracranial cystic tumor, and to explore the We reviewed 164 cystic tumor patients treated at Postoperative complications of 164 patients, in- tracranial hemorrhage occured in 3 cases, infection occured in 2 cases, drainage tube clogging oc- cured in 8 cases, tube shift occured in 3 cases, pneumocephalus occured in 1 cases, implantation failure occured in 3 cases,epilepsy occured in 2 cases. Conclusion There are some complications in the treatment of stereotactic implantating the Ommaya reservoir in intracranial cystic tumor. Operation should be standardized. Complications may be minimized with the appropriate meas- ures of prevention, monitor and treatment.
