摘　　要：本文通过对我国穆斯林餐厅有关观念的阐述,介绍我国穆斯林餐厅发展现状的情况和特点。同时,对于我国穆斯林餐厅发展所面临的问题,以及其发展的意义和作用等一些突出问题作了相对概括的描述。By clarifying relevant notions, this article gives an introduction to the status quo and features of Muslim restaurants in China. It also describes the issues, significance and function of the Muslim restaurants development synoptically.
