摘　　要：子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前主要以手术治疗为最重要的治疗手段,根据手术病理分期及组织学类型的不同可以辅助放疗、化疗、内分泌治疗和分子靶向治疗。本文简述有关子宫内膜癌治疗方面的研究进展,旨在帮助临床工作者制定子宫内膜癌合理的治疗策略。Endometrial cancer is one of the most common malignant cancer of female genital tract.Nowadays it is mainly treated by surgery.Radiotherapy,chemotherapy,endocrinotherapy and molecular targeted therapy may be added according to clinical pathological staging and histological grade.This review states the progress of treatment in endometrial cancer so that we can make rational treatment strategies.
