摘　　要：职业标准建设与运作科学化是产业人才开发的重要支点。科学化的职业标准体系建设与运作具有引领性、纽带性、体系性、跨界性等特征。完善立法,搭建机构,加强权威性、通用性、实用性、针对性、贯通性、更新优化快捷性建设,是我国职业标准建设与运作科学化的途径。Scientific construction and operating mechanism of vocational skills standards are important points of industrial talents cultivation. The construction and operation of scientific vocational skills standard have the charaderistic of leading, linking, systematization and connectivity. The way to make scientific construction and operating mechanism of vocational skill standard is to optimize law, construct relative institutes, enhance authority, generality, practicality, pertinence, integra- tion and convenience.
