摘 要:目的:研究宝乐果(Borojo)水果浓缩粉对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:昆明种雄性小鼠腹腔注射50mg/kg D-半乳糖建立衰老模型,用Borojo水果浓缩粉连续给小鼠灌胃30d,测定各组小鼠血清及肝脏中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:Borojo水果浓缩粉的中剂量组(4.0g/(kg.d))和高剂量组(6.0g/(kg.d))小鼠血清和肝脏的SOD活力显著提高(P<0.05)、血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05);高剂量组小鼠血清和肝脏中GSH-Px活力显著提高(P<0.05),肝脏MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:Borojo水果浓缩粉具有良好的体内抗氧化作用。Objective: To study the anti-aging effect of concentrated powder of Borojo fruit on aging mice induced by D-galactose. Methods: Kunming male mice were treated with 50 mg/kg D-galactose to create aging model by intraperitoneal injection. Mice were fed Borojo fruit concentrated powder by gavage continuously for 30 days. The activities of SOD and GSH-Px and the content of MDA in mouse serum and liver were determined. Results: Borojo fruit concentrated powder at middle dose (4.0 g/(kg·d) and high dose (6.0 g/(kg·d) improved SOD activity and significantly decreased MDA content in the serum and liver of mice, and at high dose significantly improved GSH-Px activity in the serum and liver. Conclusion: Borojo fruit concentrated powder has strong in vivo anti-aging effects. It can be applied for the development of health functional food.
