摘 要:通过对吉林省已建高速公路桥梁设计、建设、运营情况的调查,发现中小跨径装配式板梁桥支座脱空现象较为明显,是引起桥梁上部结构各种病害的原因之一。设计中板梁桥大都采用板式橡胶支座,每片梁下有4个支座,在施工中很难做到使其在运营中均匀受力。本文经过高速公路桥梁支座脱空现象的分析,找出在设计和施工中易引起支座脱空现象的原因,并提出有针对性的解决方法和改进措施,供工程设计和建设参考,以确保工程的可靠性和技术经济合理性。Through the investigation to the situations of bridge design,construction,and operation in highways built in Jilin province,we discover that small and medium span fabricated plate girder bridge bearing gap phenomenon is relatively obvious,which is one of the causes to bridge diseases on superstructure.Mostly middle plate girder bridges adopt the plate rubber support.There are four supports under each piece of beam.It is difficult to make them with uniform stress during operation.This paper analyzes the phenomenon of highway bridge gap,finds the causes of support gap phenomenon easily happen in the design and construction,and puts forward some corresponding solution methods and the improvement measures,as the reference for engineering design and construction,so as to ensure the reliability,technical and economic rationality during construction.
