摘　　要：通过对HD125V2型液压挖掘机先导操纵阀的结构和工作原理分析,从工程实际出发提出了先导操纵阀的拆装要注意的事项,检查先导操纵阀的具体项目以及先导操纵阀的常见故障和排除方法。Through the analysis to the structure and working principle of pilot control valve in HD125V2 hydraulic excavator,this paper puts forward some precautions during the assembling of pilot control valve,specific items on checking,common faults and trouble shootings,which has a guiding role for the normal use and maintenance of pilot control valve in HD125V2 hydraulic excavator.
