论英语习语汉译中东西方文化认知的差异

摘　　要：从调查问卷入手,着重从物质文化方面、生物文化方面、心理文化方面和历史映射方面了解学生在英语习语汉译中对东西方文化认知的差异。调查结果显示学生在东西方文化认知上仍存在着较大的差异。The purpose of this paper is mainly to find out the western cultures in the Chinese translations of their the students＇ cognitive differences between the oriental and English idioms by means of survey questionnaires, which cover the material culture, the biological culture, the psychological culture and the historical reflection. The results indicate that obvious cognitive differences do exist in the cultural cognition between the two cultures.
