摘　　要：当前国际竞争的新态势催生了面向重点产业、战略性新兴产业、支柱产业服务的新兴竞争情报范式,即产业竞争情报。产业竞争情报的服务体系复杂、涉及因素众多,文章引入IDEF0方法,构建产业竞争情报服务体系模型框架,能够直观、系统地分析描述该体系的构成、要素间内在关联机制等。通过讨论产业竞争情报服务体系IDEF0模型的含义与机理,有利于更好地开展面向产业服务的竞争情报工作、扶持产业发展。The new situation of the current international competition leads to the new paradigm of competitive intelligence service for key industries, new strategic industries and pillar industries, that is, Industrial Competitive Intelligence （ICI）. The ICT service system is a complex system involved with many factors. This article uses the IDEFO method to construct the model framework of the ICI service system, which can analyze and describe the composition of the system and the inherent association mechanism among factors. The discussion on the meanings and mechanism of the IDEFO model of the ICI service system is favorable for the better development of the competitive intelligence service for industries, and for the support of industrial development.
