农林院校本科生创新能力培养的思考与实践

摘　　要：农林本科生创新能力的培养提升亟待重视和加强,目前存在的问题和现状不容忽视。农林院校"去农化"现象日益严重,对所学专业的发展前景大都认识不到位,主动服务三农的意识淡漠,勇于钻研创新的动力不足,创新思维能力和创新实践能力很不适应社会发展的需求。西北农林科技大学改革传统的教学管理模式,组建创新实验学院,构建新的课程体系,推行个性化教育,让学生在动手实践中锻炼提升创新能力取得显著成效。The innovative ability of agricultural and forestry un- dergraduate university students is urgendy to be improved and the existing problems cannot be ignored. This paper firstly dis- cusses the current problems in the cultivation of agricultural and forestry undergraduates＇ innovative ability, and then introduces the effective measures adopted by Northwest A ＆ F University.
