摘  要:气动增压泵是一种常用的高压增压装置。为满足节能和低温环境两方面需求,提出一种单行程供气增压泵,使压缩行程供给驱动气体,而吸气行程切断驱动气体。给出增压泵换向阀、高压活塞、进排气单向阀等关键部件的设计,使之能够达到省气节能和低温密封的要求。并针对样机进行节能和低温实验,结果表明:新增压泵可以省气30%。Gas booster is a type of common used high-pressure equipment. In order to meet the needs of energy-saving and low temperature, a type of single stroke air-supply booster was put forward, which could supply driving gas in compressed stroke and cut off driving gas in suck stroke. The structure design of direction valve, high pressure piston, charge and discharge check valve were given, which could meet the needs of energy-saving and good seal under low temperature. Experiments of energy-saving and low temperature were done with the sample of the new booster. The results show that the new booster can save gas 30%.
