摘　　要：选取最有效的施工影响区限行方案,对保证该区域路网的正常运行将起到重要作用。利用TransCAD软件模拟交通限行条件交通流分配的方法,以输出的施工区影响区域内的主要道路的平均饱和度为评价指标,选取最佳限行方案。该分配方法在株洲市建设路新华西路人防工程施工交通组织中得以验证。Selecting the most effective traffic restriction programs about the area generated by road construetion will play an important role in guaranteeing the smooth operation of the road network. Applying Tran- sCAD software to simulate the traffic flow distribution in different traffic restriction programs, the average out- put saturation of main roads in the effect area was choose as the evaluation index to evaluate different traffic restriction programs. At last, combined with the example of traffic organization of civil air defence work construction under Jianshe road and Xinhua road in Zhuzhou, this method is validated.
