摘　　要：目的研究使用Vitapex糊剂充填根尖周炎伴闭合不全根尖口根管的短期疗效。方法选择闭合不全根尖口伴根尖周炎的患者45例为研究对象。将患者根据治疗方法的不同随机分为两组,治疗组使用Vitapex糊剂充填根管,对照组使用氧化锌丁香油糊剂。经随访3个月,确认有硬组织屏障形成后,行牙胶尖充填,术后随访1年。结果两组成功率有统计学差异,治疗组高于对照组。结论 Vitapex糊剂充填根管对闭合不全根尖口有确切疗效。Objective To study the short-term effect of filling root cannal with Vitapex for chronic periapieal periodontitis accompanying open apices. Methods 45 chronic periapical periodontitis accompanying open apices were randomly assigned into two groups：treatment group（Vitapex） and eontrol group（ zinc oxide eugenol）. The root cannals were then filled with gutta percha point when the apical barrier could be detected radiographieally after following for 3 months. All patients were followed up for 12 months postoperatively. Results The overall success rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion Vitapex is a good material in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis accompanying open apices.
