摘　　要：资产评估作为一门应用型学科,具有很强的实务操作性。因此,在资产评估的教学过程中,有必要通过案例教学法来加强学生实务操作能力的培养。本文针对案例教学法在资产评估中的应用问题进行探讨,以期为资产评估案例教学法的广泛应用提供参考。The assets appraisal as an applied discipline has strong operability of practice. Therefore, in the teaching process of assets appraisal, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of students＇practical operation ability through case teaching method. This paper is to explore the application of case teaching method in the assets appraisal, in order for the case teaching method of assets appraisal widely used to provide reference.
