摘　　要：高职工科实践教学是专业教育中非常重要的环节。苏南高职教育中的实践教学在教学理念、教学设施、师资队伍、实践基地等方面都存在一些问题。文章提出不断完善实践教学体系及保障机制,以确保学生技能水平与企业需求的直接对接。Practical teaching is an essential part of education for engineering majors in vocational colleges.However, there exist some problems in teaching concepts, teaching facilities, teaching staff and practice bases. The article puts forward some suggestions to improve practical teaching system and supporting mechanism in order to ensure that the skills of students desirably meet the needs of enterprises.
