摘　　要：高职商务英语毕业生职业能力弱,不能满足市场和企业的需求。文章分析了高职商务英语专业毕业生职业能力和企业岗位能力要求的调查结果,找出两者之间的差距,以POCIB为核心有针对性地构建科学、系统、规范的高职商务英语人才职业能力培养模式。Higher vocational Business English graduates cannot meet the requirements of the market and enter- prises because of their weak professional competence. Based on a comparative analysis of the survey on higher vocational Business English graduates＇ professional competence in some vocational colleges of Hebei Province and the survey on post competence requirements in some foreign trade enterprises, this paper tries to find their differences and constructs a scientific, systematic and standardized mode of cultivating higher vocational Busi- ness English majors＇ professional competence.
