摘　　要：目的制定基于县乡村医疗机构资源整合的县域医疗中心综合评价指标体系,为我国县域医疗中心的建设和评估提供量化的参考。方法综合运用文献分析法、现场调研法和专家咨询法,对县域医疗中心评价指标体系进行研究。结果经过两轮专家咨询,确定了7项一级指标、18项二级指标和45项三级指标及其权重,建立了县域医疗中心评价指标体系。结论该评价指标体系具有较高的信度和效度,可操作性较强。Objectives To design an index system for the evaluation of county-level healthcare center based on the health resource integration and to provide some quantitative reference for the construction and evaluation of county- level healthcare center in China. Methods The combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as litera- ture analysis, field survey and Delphi Method. Results Through two rounds consulting, the indexes and their weights in each level were determined, including 7 level one indexes, 19 level two indexes and 45 level three inde- xes. Conclusions The index system is of good reliability, validity and practical in nractice.
