摘　　要：对我国体育界兴奋剂现象的流入、蔓延、曝光和转移过程及反兴奋剂管理不同发展阶段的特点进行分析,认为,在秉承举国体制的指导思路下,形成政府主导、依法管理、层层负责、统一协调的反兴奋剂管理体制,才能有效解决我国体育的兴奋剂问题。With the research methods of literature study, investigation and comparative analysis, the paper analyses the different phases of doping management in Chinese sport field and the doping development in Chinese sports field. The paper proposes to establish the anti-doping management system featured with government guidance, management with law and coordination among different levels.
