摘 要:由于风电的随机性和间歇性,风电微网接入主电网会在接入点向主电网注入复杂的电能质量扰动,需要对风电微网接入进行电能质量控制,考虑到风电微网同时存在严重的电压和电流电能质量扰动以及风电微网接入主网的并网变流器和有源滤波器具有相同拓扑结构,提出一种基于统一电能质量控制器的风电微网并网功率接口,详细分析了该类并网功率接口的主电路拓扑结构和工作原理,阐述了基于广义瞬时无功理论和广义谐波理论的电压和电流电能质量扰动检测法的基本原理和基于三态滞环控制的并网功率接口输出控制的基本原理,理论分析显示所研究的并网功率接口能有效地实现并网功率输送、谐波电流抑制、无功补偿、三相对称、电压稳定和功率支撑,并用计算机仿真验证了其有效性。For randomness and instability of wind power, grid integration of gird - connected wind will result in compli- cated power quality disturbances in the access point, and the control of power quality over gird - connected wind is re- quired. To account for gird - connected wind that could present power quality disturbances, and same topology of gird - connected wind inverter and active filter. The power quality conditioner and a uniform control method of gird - connected wind are presented in this article. At the same time, the operation principle and topology of gird - connected are ex- plained in detail. The theory is constructed as generalized instantaneous reactive power, generalized harmonic theory, and three state hysteresis control. Theoretical analysis shows that gird -connected wind can effectively realize power de- livery, harmonic current restrain, reactive compensation, the symmetric three - phase, the voltage stability and stable power. The simulation indicates its validity.
