“双师型”教师培养存在的问题及对策——以江苏财经职业技术学院为例

摘　　要："双师"素质教师队伍是高等职业教育的特点和要求。通过分析"双师"培养途径及研究其产生的原因,以江苏财经职业技术学院为例,探讨"双师"培养的对策与措施:发挥政策的杠杆作用,引导教师不断追求,提升境界;发挥机构的组织作用,保证流程畅通、业务活动顺利进行;发挥考核的促进作用,科学客观评价,激励教师自我完善。＂ Double quality＂ is a characteristic and requirement of higher vocational education on the teaching staff. Through analysis of the current training approach and its causes on ＂ double--quality＂ teachers, and a case study of Jiangsu Vocational and Technical College of Finance ＆ Economics, the paper discusses the measures of cultivating ＂ double-quality＂ teachers： bringing policy leverage into play to guide teachers constantly pursue and enhance the realm; playing a role of agency organization to ensure smooth process and operational activities; giving full play of assessment to objectively evaluate and motivate teacher＇s self improvement.
