摘　　要：目的:调查十堰地区中学生应试心理状况,为开展考前心理辅导提供参考。方法:随机选取十堰地区580名中学生,用自信心量表(SES)、Spielberger考试焦虑量表(TAI)、Sarason考试焦虑量表(TAS)和考试紧张度量表(TTS)进行调查,了解其应试心理状况,分析其可能的原因。结果:TAI,TAS和TTS评分高中生高于初中生,女生高于男生,农村高于城市(均P<0.05);SES与TAS呈负相关,TAI与TAS呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:十堰地区中学生考试心理问题比较严重,有必要开展合适的心理辅导。Objective：To investigate the psychological status of middle school students in Shiyan area and to provide referenca for psychological education. Methods： 580 middle school students were selected randomly to investigate their test psychological status by SES, TAI, TAS and Trs questiennaires. Resuits： TAI, TAS and TTS scores were higher than the junior high school students, girls scored were higher than boys, rural area was higher than that in city （all P 〈0.05） ; SES was negatively correlated with TAS,TAI was positively correlated with TAS （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The test psychological problem of middle school students in Shiyan is completely serious, so it is necessary to promote a psychological education.
