摘　　要：对柏拉图《法篇》卷十的分析表明,柏拉图在该卷中最终回答了《理想国》卷二格劳孔和阿德曼托斯提出的挑战,柏拉图政治思想着眼的最大敌人——城邦内乱的自然基础。通过将政治放在自然层面来讨论,城邦内乱的理论根基得以充分揭示和克服,柏拉图继而在新的自然基础上建立理想政制。In this paper,I focus on the Laws X of Plato and argue that this book is the cornerstone of Plato's political thought.In Laws X,Plato finally responds to the challenge that Glaucon and Adeimantus proposed in Book II of the Republic,and separation of nomos and physisis the deepest source of internal war.In contrast to this challenge,Plato develops his political thought to overcome stasis on redefined notion and understanding of nature.
