摘 要:设计了一种非MCU控制的高效、稳定、简单、低成本的太阳能路灯控制器。根据18 V 20 W多晶硅电池和12 V7.2 Ah铅酸蓄电池的测试参数,以TL431和MOSFET两款集成芯片为基础,设计一种具有蓄电池恒流充电、蓄电池过充过放电保护、路灯自动启停的功能的太阳能路灯控制器,并对各模块的作用和设计原理做详细说明。最后应用Matlab/simulink搭建简单蓄电池充电模型和多晶硅最大功率点处实用模型,对电池恒压充电和恒流充电两种方法进行模拟蓄电池充电仿真,将得到采样的蓄电池端电压进行比较。得出恒流充电的方法对蓄电池具有较高的充电效率,进一步验证电路硬件设计的合理性。A new type of solar street light system with no use of MCU was advanced in this paper with the characteristics of effectiveness, stability, simpleness, and low cost. According to the measured parameters of 18 V 20 W polycrystalline silicon cells and 12 V 7.2 Ah lead-acid battery, a constant current charging to the battery, over charging and over discharging protected circuits, auto open and close street lights solar energy street controller based on TL431 and MOSFET integrated circuit was designed. Finally, a contrast between the constant current charging and constant voltage charging based on the Matlab/simulink was made. The sampling voltage figure of battery from two methods was made, which proved the effectiveness of the constant current charging circuit of system.
