摘　　要：教育管理是基础,教学管理是关键,教育管理是为教学管理服务,教学管理是实现教育管理最终目标的重要手段,教育管理实际上即为班级管理,更明确的说就是辅导员的管理,二者之间不可或缺,不能过分强调对方起绝对作用,相辅相成才是最好的管理方式。Education management is the foundation, teaching management is the key, and education management serves for the teaching management, and teaching management is an important means of achieving the ultimate goal of education management, education management is class management, more specifically is instructor management, both of them is indispensable, so we can＇t overemphasize each other absolutely, and complementarity is the best approach to management.
