摘　　要：文章以广东技术师范学院为研究对象，分析电气工程及其自动化专业3＋2职教师资培养的现状和问题，得出一些改革建议和解决办法。使3＋2职教师资培养模式适合社会发展，符合市场对人才的期望。With Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University as the object of study, status and problems are analyzed in Electrical Engineering and Its Automation ProlEssional 3＋2 vocational teacher training, some reform proposals and solutions are drawn. We hope that 3＋2 vocational teacher training model are suitable for social development and market＇s expectations for talent.
