摘　　要：文章建筑工程计量与计价是高职土建类专业的一门技术性、地区性、专业性、综合性、实践性和政策性均非常强的课程。从理清课程培养目标、设计课程内容体系两方面探讨了本课程“理实一体”的教学改革措施，从教学准备、教学实施、教学评价三方面探讨了本课程全过程的教学质量管理措施。＂Construction measurement and valuation＂ is a technical, vocational construction class specialized regional, professional, comprehensive, practical and policy are very strong. From clear training objectives, design course content system two aspects discusses the teaching reform of this course ＂real one＂ measures. From the teaching preparation, teaching, teach- ing evaluation of three aspects discusses the whole process of this course teaching quality management measures.
