摘　　要：外文期刊自身所具有实现性强、知识新颖以及内容广泛的特点，随着网络的发展，尤其是近几年，外文期刊也受到计算机技术以及网络技术的影响，使得它的出版形式也向电子书、电子期刊方向发展，这就导致一些读者不愿来图书馆，给图书馆带来了冲击。文章主要分析了公共图书馆外文期刊利用率降低的原因和加强公共图书馆外文期刊利用率的对策。Foreign periodicals have the characteristics of achieving strong, innovative knowledge as well as a wide range, with the development of the network, especially in the last few years, foreign periodicals have also been the impact of computer technology and network technology, making its published form to the e-book, the electronic journals direction of de- velopment, which led to some readers do not want to come to the library to the library has had an impact. The article mainly analyze the reasons for the decrease of the public library of foreign periodicals and countermeasures to strengthen the public library of foreign periodicals.
