摘　　要：在分析智能小区研究现状的基础上,综合智能电网的先进技术,明确了智能用电小区的内涵与建设目标;提出了一种综合应用互动集成系统,整个系统是在通信网络支撑下由各业务系统相互关联而构成的;对智能用电小区信息流、业务流进行分析梳理,详细阐述了智能用电小区的通信网络、综合应用互动集成系统及配电自动化、分布式电源、电动汽车充电桩、智能家居等技术的功能要求。On the basis of analysis present situation of smart residential community research and by means of synthetically utilizing the advanced technology of the smart grid, the connotation and construction goals for smart residential community are clarified. The integrated application and interactive integrated system has been presented. The whole system is constituted with the interrelated business systems in the communications network support. The information flow and business flow of the smart residential community are analyzed. Moreover, we elaborate on the communication network, the comprehensive integrated application of interactive systems and the functional requirements of distribution automation, distributed power, electric vehicle charging pile, smart home technology and so on.
