摘  要:目的:探讨急诊护士主要工作压力源及应对技巧。方法:采用问卷调查法,对济南市4所临床教学医院的184名临床急诊护士进行调查。结果:临床急诊护士的工作压力源依次为:患者护理、工作量及福利待遇、护理专业及工作、工作环境及仪器设备、管理及人际关系,且各压力源与急诊护士改行、工作满意度相关(P<0.05,P<0.01);急诊护士面对压力时一般采取较为积极地应对技巧。结论:急诊护士压力较大,建议从管理角度、加强心理培训、提高工资待遇等方面减少或消除急诊护士工作压力源。Objective:To explore the job stressors of emergency nurses and coping skills. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conduc- ted to investigate 184 clinical emergency nurses of 4 clinical teaching hospitals in Jihan city. Results:The job stressors were patient care, workload, welfare remuneration, nursing speciality and working, working environment and equipment, management and interpersonal rela- tionship in proper order. Each stressor had correlation with change of job of nurses and with their satisfaction at profession ( P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion :The clinical emergency nurses bear more work pressure and measures should be taken to reduce or eliminate job stres- sors, such as strengthening psychological training and increasing wage.
