摘　　要：上黄寨是惠水县北部的一个自然寨。当地历史上的赶表制度在当代发生了很大的变迁,经历了由习惯法制度到一般社会习俗然后消失的过程。但仪式婚制度与国家法多元并存,仍然发挥着重要的作用,存在传统上寨老调解婚姻纠纷的习惯法制度残余。当地布依族婚姻制度在结婚和离婚制度方面存在与国家法冲突的内容。在当地的婚姻制度中,存在着派生的习惯法规范。In the natural village of Shanghuang, great changes have happened to the historical Ganbi- ao system of the Bouyei people, which bad disappeared after a transition from customary law to gener- al social costoms. However, their ceremony marriage system still exists together with state laws, for Zhailao, the most respectable elderly man can still solve matrimonial disputes. The local customs of marriage and divorce of the Bouyei have some conflicts with state laws. Customary law norms were de- rived from their marriage system.
