摘　　要：目的了解社区糖尿病患者糖尿病足相关运动锻炼行为状况,分析影响因素。方法采用糖尿病足知识问卷、糖尿病足自我锻炼健康信念问卷、糖尿病足自我锻炼行为问卷,对上海市某社区糖尿病患者209例进行调查。结果社区糖尿病患者糖尿病足相关运动锻炼行为得分率60.53%～72.48%;糖尿病足相关知识和健康信念是运动锻炼的主要影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论社区糖尿病患者的运动锻炼行为不理想,需加强健康教育,提高其知识水平及健康信念,促进其锻炼的健康行为,有效预防糖尿病足。Objective To investigate to what extent community diabetes patients involve themselves into diabetic foot exercises, and explore factors influencing their involvement in the exercises. Methods The diabetic foot knowledge questionaire, the diabetic foot exercises belief questionaire, and the diabetic foot exercises involvement inventory were used to investigate 209 diabetes patients living in a community in Shanghai. Results Community diabetes patients scored 60.53 ^- 72.48 ~ of total scores of the above-men- tioned instruments. Knowledge and health belie{ related to diabetic foot were the main influencing {actors （P^0.05, P^0.01）. Conclusion As a whole, diabetic foot exercises involvement in the participants is not satisfactory. In order to effectively prevent dia- betic foot, we should strenthen health education and management for diabetes patients living in communities, improve patients＇ knowledge and exercise belief related to diabetic foot, which would be benefitial to boosting patient involvement in diabetic foot exercises and preventing diabetic foot.
