电子喉镜下摘除声带息肉70例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨电子喉镜下摘除声带息肉的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析我院136例声带息肉摘除的临床资料,其中电子喉镜下手术70例,支撑喉镜下手术66例,术后第4周复查电子喉镜。结果:①电子喉镜组与支撑喉镜组手术成功率比较无明显差异97.1%(68/70)vs.97.0%(64/66),P>0.05;电子喉镜下手术摘除声带广基息肉的痊愈率低于支撑喉镜组52.5%(21/40)vs.80.7%(46/57),P<0.01。②电子喉镜组并发症发生率显著低于支撑喉镜组2.86%(2/70)vs.12.12%(8/66),P<0.05。结论:电子喉镜疗效确切、简便易行、少并发症,是手术摘除声带带蒂息肉的首选方案。Objective： To investigate the clinical value of removing the polyps in the vocal cord with electronic laryngoscope. Method： Clinical data of 136 cases with vocal cord polyps were analyzed retrospectively,70 cases received the operation with electronic laryngoscope, 66 cases with self-retaining laryngoscope. All patients received electronic laryngoscope at 4th weeks after operation. Results： ①The successful rate of operation was no significant difference between two groups, P〈0.01. And the cure rate of excising wide -base vocal cord polyp under electronic laryngoscope was lower than the self-retaining laryngoscopy group 52.5% （21/40 ） vs. 80.7% （46/57 ）, P〈0.05. ②The complication rate of electronic laryngoscopy group was lower than the self-retaining laryngoscopy group, P〈0. 05. Conclusion： Owing to better curative effect, simplicity and less complications,operation with electronic laryngoscope may be the first choice for the vocal cord polyps.
