摘 要:随着消费者对食品安全认知的不断加深,农产品的价值实现越来越依托于交易成本的节约以及质量改善。与小规模农户和农贸市场结合的价值链比较,"农超对接"作为现代供应链模式可使超市、农户以及消费者实现共赢的局面,可提升农户收入并保障消费者的食品安全,且有助于超市节约采购成本,成为对传统农产品价值链的一种重构。如果能解决实践中存在的问题,将成为现代化流通业带动农业现代化的重要途径之一。With the deepening of consumer perception of food safety, the value of agricultural products achievement more and more relying on transaction cost savings and quality improvement. Compared with the value chain of small-scale farmers and wet market combination, connecting agriculture with supermarkets is regard as a modern supply chain mode allowing supermarket, farmers and consumers to achieve a win-win situation. Therefore, connecting agriculture with supermarkets improved farmers" income and consumers" food security, and also will contribute to the supermarket procurement cost savings, then become a recon- struction of the traditional value chain of agricultural products. If we can overcome the problems in practice, connecting agriculture with supermarkets will become one of the most important ways that modern circula- tion industry promote agricultural modernization.
