摘　　要：贫血是炎性肠病的常见并发症之一。其发生机制多种多样，不仅损伤患者的心肾及血供功能，且可显著影响其生活质量。本文针对炎性肠病合并贫血的机理、诊断及其治疗措施进行详细阐述。Anemia is a common and severe complication in inflammatory bowel disease. Anemia can induce impaired cardiovascular and renal functions, and lead to a significantly decreased quality of life. This review is dedicated to explain the underlying mechanism, diagnosis and management of anemia in inflammatory bowel disease.
