摘 要:基于渗碳过程的数学模型,取球体的1/4建立几何模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对20钢渗碳过程中温度场和应力场进行数值模拟,得到了渗碳60s后的温度场云图,将温度场模拟求得的节点温度作为体载荷施加到应力分析中,得到了应力场的模拟结果,并对模拟结果进行试验验证。结果表明:渗碳5h后渗层深度的模拟结果为0.13mm,与试验结果(0.11mm)基本一致,证明了温度场模拟结果可靠;渗碳后20钢表面为拉应力,越往里应力不断减小,心部为稳定的应力状态;渗碳5h后,表面应力达到3.5×108 Pa。Based on mathenmtical model o[ earl)urizing, taking 1 1 section of sphere to build 14eomelrie modt'J, the carlmrizing teml)eralure and stress fieht of 20 steel were simulated by finite element analysis softw,tre ANSYS. Contour maps of temperature the field of the steel after carburizing for 60 s were obtained, and then stress field simulation resuhs were got by taking tile node temperature from temperature field simulation as a body to apply to struetural stress analysis, and the simulation resuhs were verified hy experiment. The resuhs show that simulated earburizcd depth after carl)urizing for 5 h was 0. 13 ram, which was closed to experimental resuh of t). 11 ram. and thus tile temperature field simulatioll resuhs were proved to he reliable. The surface of 20 steel was in tensile stress sDtIe, the stress, continuously decreased further into the core. and the core was in stable stress state. After e,irhurizing for 5 h, the surfaee stress reached 3.5 a 10^8 Pa.
