摘 要:目的:探讨膳食多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)SD大鼠胰岛素抵抗的改善作用。方法:30只GDMSD孕鼠,随机分3组:对照组、干预组1(低热卡)和干预组2(低热卡+PUFA),每组10只。予以饮食干预后,观察PUFA对孕鼠血糖、胰岛素抵抗、血脂的影响。结果:与对照组相比,两个干预组的OGTT血糖值(除空腹血糖外)均明显减少(P<0.01);两干预组胰岛素抵抗指数(ISI)降低,甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)明显降低(P<0.01;P<0.05),而干预组2孕鼠的ISI、TG、CHOL下降更明显(P<0.01)。结论:控制每天摄入总热卡情况下,增加膳食PUFA含量有利于改善GDM孕鼠的胰岛素抵抗和高脂血症。Objective:To explore the influence of dietary polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) on insulin resistance in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM) rats. Methods: Thirty GDM rats were randomized evenly divided into three groups:control group, group 1(low calorie) and group 2 (low calorie + PUFA). After dietary intervention,we investigated the effects of PUFA on blood glucose,insulin resistance and blood lipid. Results: The levels of blood glucose after OGTT (except fasting glucose) in two intervention groups were significantlylower than those in control group. The level of insulin sensitivity index (ISI), triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (CHOL)and low density lipoprotein(LDL) showed a significantly decreasing trend from group 1, group 2 to control group( P〈0.01 ;P〈0.05, respectively) ,and in which the trend was more markedly in group 2( P〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions:Increasing PUFA in dietary may more effectively improve insulin resistance and hyper- lipidemia in rat model of GDM under controlling total calories per day.
