维吾尔族和汉族视觉诱发电位正常值的建立及对比

摘　　要：目的测定汉族、维吾尔族不同年龄不同性别视觉诱发电位(visual evoked potentia,l VEP)的正常值,并进行对比分析,建立汉族、维吾尔族VEP的正常值系统,以利于该技术在少数民族地区更好地应用、推广。方法选取正常眼600眼,其中维吾尔族(U)、汉族(H)各300眼,按各民族<20岁(U1、H1组)、≥20～40岁(U2、H2组)、≥40岁(U3、H3组)3个年龄段分组,每个年龄段每组各100眼,男女各半,对图形VEP(pattem VEP,P-VEP)检查结果进行回顾性分析,检查方法按最新国际标准法进行。结果同民族同年龄段不同性别各组间P-VEP正常值差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。不同民族同年龄段P-VEP振幅差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.05),同年龄段维吾尔族P100波潜伏期均较汉族短(均为P<0.05),其中U1组为(102.60±5.22)ms,H1组为(105.00±5.74)ms(P=0.002);U2组为(106.00±7.25)ms,H2组为(108.10±6.45)ms(P=0.031);U3组为(109.20±5.62)ms,H3组为(111.30±5.81)ms(P=0.010)。结论性别对P-VEP正常值无影响。维吾尔族P100波潜伏期较汉族短,二者振幅无明显差异。同时建立了一套可参考的P-VEP正常值系统。Objective To establish a normal value system of visual evoked potentials（VEP） by detecting and comparatively analyze normal VEP of the Han and the Uygur of different age and gender,and promote application and popularization of this system in minority areas.Methods Six hundred normal eyes were selected,both the Han eyes and the Uygur eyes were 300.All the eyes were divided into 3 groups evenly by age：20 years（U1 group and H1 group）,20-40 years（U2 group and H2 group）,and ≥40 years（U3 group and H3 group）.Numbers of male and female were equal.The test method of pattern VEP（P-VEP） was in accordance with current international standard.Retrospective analysis of the test result was then conducted.Results P-VEP amplitude of different genders in each group were of no significant difference（all P0.05）.P100 latent period of the Uygur was significantly shorter than that of the Han in the same age-bracket,the U1 group was（102.60±5.22）ms,the H1 group was（105.00±5.74）ms（P=0.002）,the U2 group was（106.00±7.25）ms,the H2 group was（108.10±6.45）ms（P=0.031）,the U3 group was（109.20±5.62）ms,the H3 group was（111.30±5.81）ms（all P=0.010）.Conclusion Gender has no influence on normal P-VEP,P100 latent period of the Uygur is significantly shorter than that of the Han in the same age-bracket,there was no obvious difference of P-VEP amplitude between the Han and the Uygur.Meanwhile,a proper normal value system of VEP is established.
