摘  要:目的用眼前段图像及Pentaeam三维眼前节分析仪对白内障超声乳化联合AcrysofToric人工晶状体(intraocularlens,IOL)植入术后图像进行分析,研究ToricIOL植入术后IOL旋转稳定性、偏心量及倾斜度。方法临床病例自身对比研究。对2009年2月至2010年9月在佛山市中医院就诊的自内障合并角膜规则散光行白内障超声乳化联合AcrysofToric人T晶状体植人手术患者76例(100只眼),术后随访(15±2.3)个月。使用眼前段照相结合Pentacam眼前段全景分析仪观察人工晶状体的旋转稳定性、偏心量及倾斜度。结果术后第l天,ToricIOL平均旋转(3.18±3.47)°,旋转10°以内占94%。术后1年,ToricIOL平均旋转(3.72±3.55)°。术后第1天,ToricIOL平均偏心量为(0.27±0.07)mm,术后1年,平均偏心量为(0.29±0.08)mm。术后第1天,ToricIOL平均倾斜度为(2.00±0.70)°,术后1年,平均倾斜度为(2.04±0.65)°。人工晶状体与后囊贴附紧密,未见囊袋皱缩。结论ToricIOL具有良好地旋转稳定性及居中性。Objective To evaluate the decentration, tilt and rotation stability of Acrysof Toric in- traocular lens (IOL) using Anterior Segment Analyzer (Pentacam) combined anterior segment photo- graph. Methods This study comprised 100 cataractous eyes of 76 patients with preexisting rule cor- neal astigmatism having phacoemulsification and Acrysof Toric intraocular lens implantation. The pa- tients were followed up for 15±2.3 months. Pentacam and anterior segment photograph were used to assess the decentration, tilt and rotation stability of Acrysof Toric intraocular lens (IOL). Results One day after surgery, the average IOL rotation was (3.18±3.47)° IOL rotated 10° or less accounted for 94%. The average decentration was (0.27±0.07) mm. The average tilt was (2.00±0.70)°. One year after surgery, the average rotation was (3.72±3.55)°, the average decentration was (0.29±0.08) mm and the average tilt was (2.04±0.65)°. The IOL and posterior capsule attached closely, with no capsular bag shrinkage. Conclusions Toric IOL has good stability and centration.
