摘　　要：目的比较自体角膜缘干细胞移植与结膜移植对翼状胬肉的疗效。方法计算机检索美国国立医学图书馆、荷兰医学文摘、中国期刊全文数据库、中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库。纳入比较自体角膜缘干细胞移植与结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的随机对照试验。数据统计分析采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5．1软件。结果纳人16项随机对照试验，有16项试验报道了术后复发的情况；5项试验报道了术后角膜上皮愈合时间。Meta分析结果显示，自体角膜缘干细胞移植与结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉术后复发率差异具有统计学意义（OR=0．20，95％CI[0．14，0．29]，Z=8．68，P〈0．01），角膜上皮愈合时间差异具有统计学意义（WMD=-1．82，95％CI[-3．26，-0．37]，Z=2．46，P〈0．05）。结论自体角膜缘干细胞移植术在降低翼状胬肉术后复发及促进角膜上皮愈合方面疗效优于结膜移植术。Objective To compare the effectiveness of limbal autograft and conjunctival auto- graft in treatment of pterygium. Methods All the relevant reported studies were searched out in Na- tional Library of Medicine, EMBASE, CBM, CNKI, VIP and WanFang Database. The randomized controlled trial （RCT） which compared the effectiveness of limbal autograft and conjunctival auto- graft were included. The data were analyzed by RevMan 5.1 software provided by Cochrane Collabo- ration Network. Results Sixteen papers （16 RCTs） were searched out, all trials had reported the post- operative recurrence; 5 reported the healing time of corneal epithelium. Meta analysis indicated that there was statistical significance on recurrence rate （OR=0.20, 95% CI [0.14, 0.29], Z=8.68, P 〈 0.01） and healing time （WMD=-l.82, 95% CI [-3.26,-0.37], Z=2.46, P 〈0.05） between two groups. Conclusions Limbal autograft is superior to conjunctival autograft in decreasing the recurrence rate and promoting the healing time of pterygium.
