摘　　要：目的分析颈动脉狭窄所致眼缺血综合征的诊治。方法收集2007～2011年收治的眼缺血综合征的临床资料。经眼科眼底检查，并经颅超声彩色多普勒等检查，确定其是否存在颈动脉狭窄，进行统计学分析。结果视网膜中央（分支）动脉阻塞，眼外肌麻痹，眼缺血综合征，新生血管性青光眼组动脉狭窄的比例显著升高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。缺血性视神经病变组颈动脉狭窄的发生比例无明显升高。结论颈动脉狭窄引起的各类缺血性疾病中，视网膜中央（分支）动脉阻塞，眼外肌麻痹，眼缺血综合征，新生血管性青光眼等眼病，及时诊断治疗预后较好。Objective Research of eye ischemia syndrome caused by carotid stenosiso. Methods Collect clinical material of eye ischemia my hospital treated from 2007 to 2011.Through the ophthal- mic fundus examination,and Cranial ultrasound color Doppler examination ,find Whether the existence of carotid stenosis.Results analysed by statistical metholds. ReSults The group of Central （branch）retinal artery, Eyes external muscle paralysis, ,eye ischemia syndrome, Neovascul ar glaucoma, increases significant-The place-taken ratio of that ischemia optic neuropathy carotid steno- sis has the significant difference （P 〈0.05）does not increases obviously. Conclusion In kinds of isch- emic diseases caused by carotid stenosis, Central （branch）retinal artery, Eyes external muscle Paralysis, eye ischemia syndrome,eye diseases like Neovascular glaucoma, can cure better after diagnosis and healing in time.
