临时冠对龈沟液量及其成分的影响

摘　　要：目的:检测烤瓷冠修复前、戴临时冠后1周龈沟液量及AST、ALP活性、内毒素含量,评价临时冠对牙周组织的影响。方法:选择需要制作烤瓷冠的患者30例,分别于修复前、戴临时冠1周、提取其龈沟液检测质量及AST、ALP活性及内毒素含量,分析龈沟液的质量及AST、ALP活性及内毒素含量变化,评估临时冠对牙周组织的影响。结果:戴临时冠1周时龈沟液量、AST、ALP及内毒素量均高于牙体预备前。结论:戴临时冠1周时龈沟液量、AST、ALP及内毒素量均增高;提示临时冠制作材料和方法均需要进一步探讨。Objective： To investigate the influences of Temporary crowns on patientsj periodontal tissue by testing the level of GCF endotoxin, GCF aspartate aminotransferase （GCF AST）, GCF alkaline phosphatase （GCF ALP） and the amount of GCF in gingival crevicular fluid （GCF）. Method： 30 patients who would receive treatment of porcelatin-fused-to-metal were selected.At the point of before preparation, after cemention of temporary crosns 1 week later, GCF were collected. GCF AST, GCF ALP, GCF endotoxin levels were tested and the GCF amount was assessed for the group. Result： GCF AST, GCF ALP, GCF endotoxin levels and the GCF amount was higher after cemention of temporary crosns 1 week 1ate than before preparation. Conclusion： GCF AST, GCF ALP, GCF endotoxin levels and the GCF amount was higher after cemention of temporary crosns 1 week late than before preparation, and there was significant difference between the two points.h suggests that the method of making temporary crowns needs to be improved.
