BEGO种植系统近期临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价BEGO种植系统的近期临床效果。方法:选择2007年1月～2012年6月就诊于大连市口腔医院种植中心,采用BEGO种植系统修复缺失牙的患者1611例,共植入种植体2627枚。结果:1611例中有16例患者的16枚种植体于种植术后6个月时因松动取出,其余1595例2611枚种植体均于2012年6月前完成上部结构修复。行固定修复1567例(2515枚种植体),活动修复44例(112枚种植体)。观察时间最长5.5年,最短6个月,累计存留率为99.4%。结论:BEGO种植系统修复缺失牙可获得良好的临床效果。Objective：To evaluate the early clinical effects of BEGO implant system used for the missing tooth. Method： A total of 2627 implants in 1611 patients were treated by BEGO implant system from 2007 to 2012 in the Implant Center, Dalian Stomatlogical Hospital. Result： Sixteen （in sixteen patients） of the 2627 endosseous implants was lost during the first 6-month integration after implantaion. A total of 1595 prostheses were delivered, including 1567 fixed prosthese and 44 implant-supported removable dentures. The longest follow-up time was 5.5 years,the shortest 6 months. The 1-5- year implant cumulative sur＇vival rate was 99.4 %. Conclusion： BEGO implant prostheses have pretty good clinical effeces.
