651名唇腭裂患者腭咽闭合状况数字化头影测量片分析

摘　　要：目的:了解唇腭裂患者的腭咽闭合状况。方法:选取2011年1月～2012年7月四川大学华西口腔医院放射科拍摄的651例唇腭裂患者的数字化头影测量X线片,对患者腭咽闭合状况进行分析。结果:患者平均年龄15.59岁;腭咽闭合尚可者140例(21.51%),腭咽闭合不全者508例(78.03%),不易判断者3例(0.46%);不同患者拍片类型不同,同时拍摄非造影静止位片和非造影发音片者最多,占总数的40.71%。结论:X线头颅侧位片对了解唇腭裂患者腭咽闭合状况有积极作用。Objective： To analyze the condition of the velopharyngeal closure of the patients with cleft lip and palate. Method： In this study, the sample comprised 651 patients with cleft lip and palate of West China Hospital of Stomatology of Sichuan University from January 2011 to July 2012. With the digital cephalometry, the condition of the velopharyngeal clo- sure when pronouncing the high vowel of ＂i＂ was observed. Result： The mean age of the patients is 15.59 years old; of all the X-ray imaging, there are 140 of fair velopharyngeal closure condition （21.51%）, while 508 of vlopharyngeal insufficiency（78.03 %）, besides 3 samples are not able to be easily estimated; different kinds of imaging are taken for different pa- tients,and those who took both static positional radiographs and pronouncing positional radiographs are the most,which share 40.71%. Conclusion： Cephalometric lateral X-ray imaging has a positive effect on the study in the condition of the velopharyngeal closure of patients with cleft lip and palate.
