带状分布的巨大疣状血管瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,28岁。右腰部、髋部和下肢暗红色斑块伴疣状增生28年。皮肤科情况:右腰部、髋部至小腿内侧中部可见断续线状排列的红斑及暗红斑,其上可见豆粒至指甲大斑块和结节,部分皮损表面疣状增生,周围散在分布卫星样病灶。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,乳头瘤样增生,真皮全层和皮下组织内可见大量血管成团分布,血管高度扩张,管腔内充满红细胞。诊断:疣状血管瘤。A 28 years male who developed madder red plaqueles and verrucous hyperplasia on right lumbar region, hip and right lower limb for 28 years. Physical examination found that intermittent linear erythema and madder red erythema were located on right lumbar region, hip and the middle of medial leg, covered with plaqueles, nodus in size of bean or. nail and verrucous hyperplasia. Smaller, discrete satellite nodules with a similar appearance were noted in the vicinity. Histopathological examination of skin showed epidermal hyperkeratosis, papillomatous hyperplasia. The dermis and subcutaneous tissue were occupied by numerous dilated vessels of blood-filled spaces. Diagnosis： Verrucous hemangioma.
