摘 要:目的探索沙眼衣原体持续感染简易而快速的鉴定方法。方法沙眼衣原体E株感染McCoy细胞后分别给予或不给予青霉素处理,于不同时间段收集感染细胞,先经电镜鉴定处于持续感染还是急性感染状态,后经Giemsa染色置光镜下观察两者的形态特点。结果持续感染与急性感染的沙眼衣原体经Giemsa染色后在光镜下的形态存在明显差异,包括形态、数目和着色等方面。结论根据沙眼衣原体在光镜下的形态特点可初步鉴定衣原体持续感染,为国内开展沙眼衣原体持续感染的研究提供一个简单、快速且切实可行的鉴定方法。Objective To explore a simple, fast and valuable method for the fast identification of persistent Chlamydia trachomatis. Methods McCoy cells post-infected 20 hours by serovar E of Chlamydia trachomatis were treated or untreated by penicillin and then harvested at different periods. The persistent Chlamydiae and acute Chlamydiae have idertified respectively by using the electron microscopy. At the same time the morphological characteristics of the Chlamydiae were observed and compared under the light microscope. Results There were obvious differences between the persistent and acute Chlamydiae under the light microscope, including the morphology, the numbers, the staining of Chlamydiae and the morphology of the inclusions. Conclusion The persistent Chlamydia trachomatis could be identified preliminarily according to the morphology under the light microscope. It would be used as a simple, fast and viable method for the identification of persistent chlamydiae, which was the first step in the research of persistent Chlamydiae.
