摘　　要：自身免疫性胰腺炎(AIP)是由自身免疫机制介导的,以淋巴细胞、浆细胞浸润伴有胰腺纤维化及功能障碍为特征的特殊的慢性胰腺炎,可累及胆管、涎腺、肾等胰外器官,偶尔合并其他自身免疫性疾病如炎症性肠病(IBD)、原发性硬化性胆管炎(PSC)、干燥综合征等,该病治疗一般予以激素等对症支持治疗可明显好转。Autoimmune pancreatitis is a special type of chronic pancreatitis which is mediated by an autoimmune mechanism. It is characterized with the infiltration of lymphocytes and plasma cells leading to pancreatic fibrosis and dysfunction. AIP can affect the bile ducts, salivary glands, kidneys and other organs outside the pancreas. It is occa- sionally complicated with other autoimmune diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, primary sclerosing cholangitis, sjogren syndrome, and so on. A combination of glucocortieostemid and other support therapy shows a better effect.
