摘　　要：建立了脱脂奶溶蛋白琼脂扩散试验新方法，用于检测嗜水气单胞菌（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓ ｈｙｄｒｏｐｈｉｌａ Ａｈ）Ｊ－１株两种培养基培养的去菌体上清中的胞外蛋白酶（ＥＣＰ），同时用经典底物法进行了检测，两种方法所得结果相符。与底物法相比，脱脂奶溶蛋白琼脂扩散试验操作简便、敏感性高、重复性好。A new method skim milk proteolysis ager diffusion test (SMPAD) was established. Extracelluar proteases in supernatants produced by Aeromonas hydrophila J-l in different mediums were detected by SMPAD and the Azocasein substrat method. It was demonstrated that the two methods agreed with each other and the SMPAD test was charactered by more easily operated, more sensitive and better repeated.
