摘　　要：正确理解社会主义核心价值观的含义，积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，对于深入开展社会主义核心价值体系教育，用社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮、凝聚社会共识，具有重要理论意义和实践价值。积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观，要在如下方面下工夫：加强教育，营造氛围，注意实践养成，发挥榜样作用，建设保障机制。In relation to carry out the education of socialistic core value system deeply, and use the socialistic core value system to lead ethos and reach social consensus, the imporlant theoretical significance and the practical value exist in understanding eorrecdy the connotation of socialistic core value and cultivating and fulfilling the socialistic core value actively. To cultivate and fulfil the socialistic core value actively, we should concentrate our efforls in the following fields： strcngthcning education, building atmosphere, paying attention to putting into practice, playing a model role, and establishing safcguard mechanism.
