摘　　要：肝细胞癌(HCC)分子标志物的筛查和评价是一项重要而庞大的工程,需要大量的病例积累及各个实验室的通力合作。然而,由于对HCC的认识不足及标志物检测、评价方法的差异造成了各实验室数据交流及病例共享的极大障碍。对HCC标志物筛查及评价中常见的一些问题进行了探讨并提出建议,以期引起研究者对肿瘤标志研究规范化问题的重视。The screening and evaluation of molecule markers in hepatocellular carcinoma is an important and huge project, which needs the accumulation of cases and the cooperation between laboratories. But the lack of knowledge of HCC and the difference in the methods of detection and evaluation are obstacles to the communication of data and the sharing of cases between laboratories. In this paper, some problems in screening and evaluation of molecule markers in hepatoeellular carcinoma were discussed and some suggestions were proposed to arouse the attention of researchers to the standardization of research in tumor markers.
